Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience in operations within a 3PL/4PL environment
  • Ability to drive performance to ensure long term growth of the business and achieve business plan objectives including profitability
  • Demonstrable history of developing long term strategic partnerships to the highest stakeholder level
  • Leading and developing a highly capable operations team
  • Superior end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
  • Be a strong and effective communicator with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal & external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide strategic direction, leadership, coaching and mentorship
  • Advanced MS Office; specifically Excel and Power Point
