Our client is an established energy and utilities company based in Perth and they are seeking an experienced
Change Manager to join their team.


The Change Manager is accountable for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to facilitate successful project change outcomes, ensuring that personal and organisational capability in the effective implementation and utilisation of change management is increased.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver communication plans and execute scheduled communication activities with all relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Manage the people change aspects of projects and guide the integration of change management plans, deliverables, and activities into the overall project approach.
  • Identify and assess change impacts and potential resistance to change before developing and implementing best practice solutions.
  • Develop learning approach, training needs analysis and deliver on plans where required.
  • Provide change expertise in the use of methods and tools in support of change activities for projects.

Skills required:

Solid experience in a change management position with advanced working knowledge of Change Management approaches, principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g.

PROSCI):


  • Previous experience in the Critical Risk Management (fatality prevention) within the Safety Health Environment is desirable.
  • Proven analytical, conceptual, and innovative problemsolving skills.
