We are seeking a motivated Change and Communication Analyst to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help bridge business and technical needs, providing support across various teams to ensure seamless change management and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse business needs, assess operational processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Lead stakeholder communication initiatives, including creating dashboards, engagement materials, and change impact assessments.
  • Facilitate business process redesigns and ensure smooth project delivery for both strategic and BAU activities.
  • Maintain a stakeholder matrix to track approvals and engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the development of educational and engagement materials, ensuring all business changes are well-communicated and understood.
