- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with exceptional written and verbal abilities to convey the rationale for change, provide progress updates, and share outcomes across various audiences
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees, to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives while building trust and maintaining positive relationships
- Strong project management skills to plan, track, and execute change initiatives effectively, managing timelines, resources, and desired outcomes throughout the process
