The Role:

They are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

As a digital media whiz, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and mentoring direct reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of a well-loved brand.

Their is a clear runway into the Head of Digital Marketing role, plus scope to further build out the team.


Location:
Sydney, 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Salary:
$100K-$120K+S

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital media channels, including paid search (PPC), display advertising, paid social
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are effectively targeted, optimized, and delivering measurable results.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffective campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably with an ecommerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or managing a direct report is highly desirable.
