We are looking for an administration assistant to join our current team at our Glenelg South clinic.

The role

  • Provide administration support to our podiatry team including greeting clients for their appointments, answering incoming calls and queries
  • First point of contact to our patients to ensure they experience a brilliant, efficient service
  • Assisting new and existing clients with bookings and queries
  • Processing invoices including Hicaps, Medicare and DVA accounts and payments
  • Data Entry and letter writing working within current established administration systems

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with administration experience
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritise, operating across multiple tasks and functions to achieve quality outcomes
  • Confident with technology include MS Word, Google Sheets/Docs, Gmail
  • Able to work independently
  • Understanding of Eftpos, Medicare and private health insurance billing processing is an advantage
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Flexibility with working hours as clinic times sometime may vary due to demand


We are ideally looking for someone with allied health experience but are looking for the right fit for our team so if you feel the current role suits you (and you meet the essential criteria) we would love to hear from you.

Ongoing training is provided.
