Role Reporting to the founder, the National Business Development Manager will lead the expansion efforts of our client's business across Australia, focusing on building and enhancing relationships within targeted sectors requiring robust identity verification solutions

Responsibilities include:
Crafting and implementing strategic business development plans to penetrate and establish a strong presence in relevant markets.

Building and nurturing key relationships with stakeholders in government departments, healthcare, financial services, health, and other sectors with stringent security requirements.

Promoting the unique advantages of our client's identity verification process, including its IRAP assessment benchmark in cybersecurity and unique proprietary technology.

Strong discipline in new business sales and pipeline development, with a track record of using effective strategies and tools, including phone-based outreach, to generate leads and close deals.

Experience in selling to government customers, including local councils, state, or federal government departments, and agencies will be an advantage.

A technology-savvy individual who can easily translate technological concepts into compelling business arguments.
Demonstrated stability and success in new business sales, with the ability to provide evidence of sales performance.

An autonomous, self-motivated, and driven professional who is committed to achieving success and can manage themselves to execute a high-activity sales process.

A culture fit for the team, being authentic, down-to-earth, and valuing honesty and integrity.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a professional demeanor, confidence in communication, and an ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
