About the opportunity

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be accountable for public & private hospital accounts across your defined territory in the Newcastle & surround territory.

You will play a crucial role servicing clinicians and achieving sales targets with this leading Medical Devices & Capital Equipment portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Promote impressive product portfolio
  • Develop & maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities
  • Initiate new habits/protocols & practises with customers
  • Provide infield training as & when needed
  • Manage territory budgets & plan effective cycles to achieve sales budgets
  • Active involvement in to contracts & tenders processes
  • Actively input into business reviews
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with competitor products

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of Hospital Devices sales experience
  • Capital Equipment experience advantageous
  • Clinical background adv.
  • Strong experience networking within the hospital setting
  • Have experience and comfortable working closely with surgeons
  • Commercially focused and results focused
  • Proven ability to challenge customers status quo
  • Passionate about driving business and achieving best clinical outcomes for the end user
