As a Data Reporting & Analytics Advisor you'll collaborate closely with Suncorp Group and business stakeholders in the project team.

Leverage data expertise to develop and deliver insightful people reporting and analytics. Additionally, play a key role in contributing to and upholding the governance standards for People Data across the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Understand people data and relevant systems
  • Ensure stability and operational effectiveness of reporting assets
  • Design and produce quality reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders within required timeframes
  • Partner with domain experts / business to develop report requirements and report design to meet the stated business need
  • Review reporting to identify opportunities and valueadded insights
  • Collaborate with teams for optimal solutions using various technologies
  • Support the relevant strategic program in enhancing data governance maturity

What you'll bring

  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or Accounting (
    desired)
  • Direct experience in data analytics, especially delivering analytics for largescale HRfocused projects (mandatory)
  • Previous experience working with standard business intelligence dashboard tools, particularly Tableau, to build reporting (mandatory)
  • Demonstrable partnership and influencing skills, including strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to deliver data driven insights
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to make effective judgments about priorities and establish processes to accomplish goals
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL coding experience
  • Familiarity with Cognos (
    desired)
