Our client is a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional investment management and advisory services to our clients. They are seeking a skilled Data Reporting Analyst with specialized expertise in Aladdin & Eagle Pace platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting complex financial data to support decision-making processes within their organization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract and manipulate data from Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems to generate insightful reports and analytics.
  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and automate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management or client teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations effectively to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimize Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
  • Stay updated with system upgrades and new features to leverage their potential fully.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers, financial analysts, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system integration projects and data governance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Data Reporting Analyst with expertise in Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages/tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
