**The role**

Assist the team with all aspects of investment risk analysis and portfolio performance reporting. Utilising a range of ex-ante and ex-post risk and performance attribution techniques, you will monitor and analyse on all elements of investment risk and performance.

**What you’ll do**
- Co-ordinate, prepare and provide oversight for investment board reports, including asset & liability committees, investment manager committee and asset allocation committee reports
- Monitor, analyse and implement investment risks covering interest rate risk, credit risk, inflation risk, counterparty risk, currency risk, equity risk
- Support mandate compliance and pre-trade risk analysis, calculate & deliver regulatory capital credit risk charge and asset risk charge requirements
- Support Investment income reporting, capital forecasting and investment budget/forecasting process
- Investment analyst pack, investment commentary and communications
- Support investment data analytics infrastructure and reporting via data visualisation tools

**What you’ll bring**
- Undergraduate qualifications (e.g. Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuary studies, etc) is mandatory. Post graduate studies CFA, CAIA, FRM is desirable
- 3-5 years post qualification work experience in investments, funds management or custody role
- Investment performance and attribution analysis experience, exposure to relevant systems and platforms e.g. Statpro, Bloomberg, FactSet etc. Fixed Income experience a plus
- Investment risk analysis, sensitivity analysis and stress testing experience e.g. PV01s
- Understanding of investment markets and how changes in key economic indicators impact markets and investment portfolios
- Knowledge of APRA prudential standards GPS114 (desirable)
