About the Role

  • Provide customer service, administrative, and clerical support in the professional operation of the Building Services Unit
  • Ensure accurate and up to date records, reporting and advice are provided to the public, and Council staff.
  • Work with the Building Services Lead to establish a Building Unit that will be considered a model within Local Government and which constantly strives for continuous improvement and is a highperforming team with a strong culture of collaboration and service excellence

Skills & Experience

  • Welldeveloped administrative, organisational and customer services skills and experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a local government building or compliance unit or related public sector area will be highly regarded.
