About the role
We currently have a new opening in our head office for a full-time junior accounts and administration clerk.
You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our accounts department assisting all 8 of our branches.
In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Perform day to day processing and reconciliation of accounts department transactions
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Receive and allocate payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process creditor invoices
- Manage company registrations/insurances
- Other finance and general administration duties as required
If you're a strong team player with limited or no experience in accounts, this may be the perfect role for you.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Good computer skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise work
