About the Role:


There is an opportunity available for a graduate or someone looking to secure a traineeship in an entry-level role where you will provide reception and front counter services and provide administration support in our Kingsford office.

This will allow you to choose your own direction within the Ahrens Group, and give you the necessary training to follow whichever career path you desire.

From finance, to IT, to Human Resources or working alongside our D&C Teams - we will help you shape your career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Front desk operations including reception
  • Provide administration support to Group Support Services
  • Updating leave calendar
  • Petty cash & key registers
  • Daily upkeep of kitchen and lunchroom facilities
  • Assisting with morning tea and lunches for events
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms

Skills and Experience

  • Willingness to undertake on the job training;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong problemsolving skills;
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be a fast learner;
  • Excellent team work skills;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Desire to continually learn new things and selfimprovement.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Current enrolment in a recognised Traineeship or university degree (or hold the completed certificate);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Current drivers licence.
