Our client is experiencing an exciting growth period at their new site in Campbellfield. We currently have 2 permanent opportunities that are both available for an immediate start.

The Roles

The site contains two main sections, the Warehouse and the Retail store. Both of the positions require someone who is able to work in both sections.

Counter sales representative -

Join the existing team on site and be responsible for;

  • Responding to customer queries,
  • Providing product assistance and sales services.
  • Installation and set-up of product displays and demo items
  • Cycle counts and regular stock takes and inventory audits
  • Ordering and receiving of stock and put aways into the warehouse
  • Data entry and look up of stock via Unleashed (experience preferred but not essential)
  • Customer service skills to both customers, suppliers, warehouse personnel and product manufacturers.
  • Warehousing experience preferred
  • A passion for the outdoors will help you excel in this position as you will have a personal knowledge of the products.

Warranty and Returns Inspector -

This a newly created position that requires;

  • Electrical or Mechanical product knowledge
  • Observation and inspection via product specifications and packaging
  • Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Your product knowledge of camping and caravanning products to investigate whether the items were damaged before sale or after sale.
  • Liaison with manufacturers

Skills and Experience

  • Your previous knowledge and experience is all things camping and caravanning will be needed to excel in either of these positions.
  • A good working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical items
  • Competencies in the use of excel, word, project & outlook.
  • A warehousing or manufacturing background would be desirable
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively.
  • You will be a team player and a strong communicator.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and attention to detail
  • This role is perfect for someone who has the drive and determination to join the team and is open to what the role requires now and as the role grows over time.
