About Us
Kelly Club provides Before School Care, After School Care and Holiday Care programs throughout Victoria.

Our aim is to provide not just "a childcare facility", but to run programs in a safe environment that entertain and inspire our future generations.

We use a professional program model that is fun and promotes children's wellbeing, learning and development.


Programs are focused around sports, cooking, games, discovery, and arts and craft activities as well as relaxation time around a busy life at school.

Children are encouraged, educated and entertained during their time in our programs.

Kelly Club is closely aligned with Kelly Sports. Kelly Sports has been providing a range of curricular and extracurricular sporting programs for children in Australia since 1994.

The Role
We have casual opportunities for Coordinators/Educators to work with students during the September school holiday program. There are positions available in Burwood, Ivanhoe and Donvale. The successful applicants will deliver a remarkable service to support families and children.

Your duties & responsibilities include:

  • To prepare, manage and set up the teaching resources
  • To support students in the daily program
  • To support the implementation and evaluation of class programs for the students, including the outdoor and sports program
  • To respect and support colleagues and families through positive communication
  • To actively ensure the ongoing provision of quality program for students
You must be available to work between 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday during the two week period.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Minimum Certificate III within Childhood or Education studies or other ACECQA recognised qualification, or willingness to undertake.
  • First aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Understanding and knowledge of working with children
  • Strong team skills
  • Strong communication skills
