We represent a global organisation which is highly respected and has a progressive name in the innovative Oil and Lubricant industry, driving continued customer engagement across multiple channels within the Commercial and Industrial sector such as Agriculture, Mining, Transport, Marine, Civil Construction etc.

They now seek an inspiring hands-on sales professional, a true leader of the people to bring proven success via their strategic sales approach, industry knowledge & dynamic presence. Leading a high performing field-based sales team within NSW/ ACT, you will work closely with the senior management team to essentially grow revenue in the region, via direct & partner channels.

The focus is on clear & influential communication, achieving results via a unified & robust growth plan for the expanding product range and exciting new entries into additional markets. Additionally, you will manage your own portfolio of major accounts whilst identifying and delivering strategic, larger new business acquisitions.

The successful candidate will embody success with a minimum of 3 years in a state sales management role, boast a down to earth leadership style, be a highly organised individual with not only strong commercial acumen but one who has the desire to collaboratively generate new ideas & contribute to the bigger picture. Your key, unwavering focus is to improve team engagement & essentially enhance results. The brand is solid however, the potential for future growth is staggering

We seek one who is bold, curious, capable, creative & not afraid to push boundaries. You'll also be a commercially savvy, data driven sales leader with a team orientated, 'ego checked at the door' attitude.

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess :

  • a relevant business or engineering degree,
  • former experience within either the oil & lubricants industry or the broader industrial sector
  • passion, enthusiasm, drive & sales leadership capability.
  • proven results in B2B sales / sales management
  • key account & distribution channel partnership management
  • proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM etc.
