This step change has created exciting new leadership opportunities that will give industry leaders the chance to be involved in solving some of Australia's biggest challenges.

The Opportunity

This is a unique leadership role that will devote approximately 40% of their time working closely with the Managing Director Australia, on influencing the culture of our teams and building our brand recognition across the region. The remaining time will be allocated to Project responsibilities, for example key account management, strategic pursuits/bids and project delivery. This role will report into one of our three Australia based General Managers depending on your core discipline, preferably in the Energy and/or Water markets.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the region across our Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle offices. Provide leadership that inspires, unites, and influences our teams in a way that enhances and grows our exceptional talent.
  • Building brand recognition across the regions with a focus on business development.
  • Represent Beca in client and public forums, engaging with key clients, stakeholders, and market contacts externally.
  • In collaboration with General Managers and Market Directors you'll lead the coordination and execution of NSW and ACT market growth strategies. This includes identifying new market opportunities, overseeing market facing activity, and tracking performance to ensure our regional strategic objectives are met.

You will be an advocate of our brand, our people and our clients, your engaging style is essential in this role. You'll be keen to work on key challenges and opportunities across government, infrastructure, development, environmental, economic and cultural dimensions

You'll join a tight-knit group of State Managers, and work alongside a broader leadership cohort to support the delivery of our Australia growth strategy alongside our Managing Director, General Managers, and Market Directors.
