The Market Manager for NSW/ACT will play a key role in strategically building and mobilizing stakeholders' resources to achieve objectives efficiently and swiftly.

As a Market Manager, you will establish ambitious yet realistic goals with your team members to enable their performance, fostering a motivating atmosphere through your vigor, zeal, and dedication to your region and the company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading major product launches and events in urban and rural markets
  • Cultivating a culture that embraces change and drives transformative initiatives
  • Facilitating open dialogues to identify obstacles hindering target accomplishments and devising sales solutions accordingly
  • Developing a sustainable long-term strategy for key urban and rural areas in alignment with overarching business goals

Qualifications that make you the ideal candidate for this position:

  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
  • Background in the telecommunications or service-based industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including relationship building and team management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Territory Management and Multi-Site operations
