Our client, a state of the art private practice is seeking a vibrant Psychiatrist to join their ever-expanding team. Work in a beautiful and calming space in the suburbs of Melbourne and collaborate with a team of multiskilled mental health professionals who specialise in therapy, assessment and diagnosis with a strong emphasis on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

- Flexibility: Choose the number of days you work per week based on caseload with the option to work fully via Telehealth if desired.
- Financials: Attractive fee structure with a subcontracting model, allowing flexibility in fee setting with a competitive 70/30 split.

- Autonomy: Opportunity to adjust referral streams to ensure your caseload aligns with your expertise and areas of interest.
- Administrative Support: In house administration team who support with bookings, billings, rescheduling etc.

Requirements:
- Registration as a Psychiatrist.
- Comfortable providing telehealth services.
- Experience and passion to conduct ADHD and ADD assessments highly desirable but not essential.
- Keen to join a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide expert care.
