About Us
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) serves as the primary organisation representing the psychiatry medical specialty in Australia and New Zealand.
Our mission focuses on training, educating, and advocating for psychiatrists in both countries, with a vision for excellence and equity in the provision of mental health care.
The roleThis role supports a busy Assessments team by administering assessment activities, enrolment applications and results reporting.
Particularly this role will support the continued operations of the current assessment pathway to assess clinical competencies of candidates and will support the transition of the college assessments into the workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the assessment team in the delivery and administration of the assessments, in a professional and timely manner.
Administer the registration processes, scheduling of assessments and the publication of the results.
Prepare agendas, minutes and briefing papers.
Prepare relevant assessment documentation and materials.
Assist with the booking of travel logistics for stakeholders and ensuring arrangements for any online meetings as required, assist with planning, catering, and scheduling of relevant meetings and take minutes as required.
Administer relevant databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date record keeping, database/s management, trainee files, and standard operating procedures.To be successful in this role you will have:
Student administration/student services experience, in a membership, health service or University environment.
Experience or knowledge of the post-graduate assessment or examination environment.
Provision of high-quality administration to all stakeholders.
Excellent time management, administration and organisational skills, sound ability to plan and set priorities, meet deadlines, with the flexibility to alter priorities to meet changing demands.
Eligibility Requirement:
Applicants must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
