Job Description:

Below is a list of typical duties the coordinator will be involved in:

  • Main focus will be on administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the Sales & Marketing department;
  • Working with the Corporate Sales team to create and develop Corporate Account Profiles;
  • Collation and communication of information regarding business proposals, business leads, business updates and review, marketing and promotional campaigns;
  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the hotel's rates, packages, and operational details;
  • Conduct site inspections with current and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a luxury hotel environment
  • Have a capacity and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities
  • Have a good attention to detail
