Our business has seen a rapid growth in the last a few years, and we are looking for a passionate part time eCommerce & Marketplace Specialist to join our outstanding fast-growing team.
Reporting to Head of Digit, this is a hands-on and highly collaborative role that will own and manage the online and marketplaces eCommerce for both of our brands.
The role will quickly expand to planning, coordinating, and executing content, product selection, recording and reporting activities, monitoring traffic, achieving sales and targets.
With an enthusiastic attitude and a love for eCommerce, you will understand what's required to deliver a great user experience for customers.
You will also need to have the stamina to work in a fast-paced retail-based environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Ecommerce functions relating to web development, backend maintenance, productloading, and Marketplace websites.
- Process and maintain information relevant to E-Commerce and web design.
- Load, monitor and review online and marketplaces merchandise presentation to ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing, site placement, stock level and promotional messages are accurate and meet brand standards
- Keeping various sites up to date with relevant changes and promotional material in line with the scheduled activates.
- Coordinate the optimisation, review, and creation of content and across the different channels to market.
- Assist and support the implementation of the eCommerce strategy to drive conversion, traffic & revenue growth.
- Analysing promotional performance & providing recommendations to drive sales & conversion.
- Assist Operation team to review all existing, pending orders and fulfilment on timely manner to reduce order backlog and refunds, and monitor the presence to make sure the system operating and inventory sync on daily basis.
- Manage the Affiliate platform to make sure participate suitable campaigns.
- Assist online SEO management.
- Perform any Ad-Hoc task required by the Manager/Department.
TO BE SUCESSFUL:
- Solid experience working on Shopify platform.
- Experience in commercial marketplaces trading.
- Experience in affiliate marketing management.
- Have great organisational and time management skills, to deliver to deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Above average IT / computer, excel skills are a must.
- Passionate about ecommerce and the digital space.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a deadlinedriven environment, to think on your feet, adapt quickly and hit the ground running.
- Understanding of best practice ecommerce and marketing principles.
- Strong communicating skills to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail and competence in reviewing and understanding data.
- Have the ability to learn quickly with a positive team spirit and 'can do' attitude.
- Experience with content management systems is preferable.
- Fashion industry experience could be an advantage.
