Administrative Assistant

Must be able to work from 10am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the sales, installation and customer service team, including processing sales and installation paperwork, maintaining and updating customer databases, tracking sales leads and assisting with the preparation of reports.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Communicating effectively with customers to answer their questions and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as ensuring that all office equipment is functioning properly.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $44,808.07 - $55,000.00 per year
