Purpose of the Role


Join our team to create top digital experiences for customers, engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional features in a complex financial system.

Focused on customer experience, you'll help maintain leading web platforms for quoting, selling, and managing insurance policies.

As a key member, you'll bridge development and business functions, ensuring priorities and outcomes are clear, and work closely with our dedicated UX/UI team.


Position Accountabilities

  • Design and deliver customerfocused digital solutions for insurance policies.
  • Prioritize and execute key parts of a strategic delivery stream.
  • Perform Agile duties with your delivery team.
  • Contribute to a Community of Practice for Product Owner alignment.
  • Ensure consistent digital customer experience.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to meet complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements, stories, and tasks.
  • Approve features with the testing team before release.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2+ years Agile experience.
  • Experience with large, complex technology stacks, stakeholder management, improving customer journeys, and facilitating workshops.

Desired:

  • Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Financial and regulated industries.
  • Jira & Confluence.
  • Business Analysis.
