Salesforce Business Analyst

Client Overview
2XM Recruit is thrilled to collaborate with the NSW Government located in Parramatta, seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to facilitate and support the implementation and utilization of business systems and processes related to the AMS Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to users of the AMS Contract IT system to reduce downtime by promptly addressing any issues.
  • Maintain and monitor the issue register concerning the use of the AMS Contract IT system, identifying and escalating patterns to the relevant business area for resolution.
  • Deliver training sessions to staff on the AMS Contract IT System to ensure comprehensibility for all users.
  • Offer expertise and guidance to aid in developing solutions that align with business objectives using the AMS Contract IT System.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager and team to optimize the utilization of IT and business systems related to the AMS contract.

Required Experience:

  • 12 months of system experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
  • Knowledge in Dataloader Desktop.
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft Integration Support.
