About the Role

They are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join their team in Parramatta with the flexibility to work remotely from home.

This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.


Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of administration and project support services to the Leadership team to achieve organisational objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact, triaging calls and taking messages
  • Deliver high level, professional customer service
  • Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Diary and travel management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall presentation
  • Coordinate Director's schedule and commitments, prioritising and ensuring effective use of their time
  • Preparation of highlevel documentation including agenda's, briefs, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and presentation material
  • Ordering stationary and maintaining office equipment
  • Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support project teams, as required
  • Undertake research, gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
  • Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders, invoices and receipting
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

About You

  • Demonstrated Executive, Administration or Business Support experience
  • Previous experience working within a high pressure and complex environment
  • Superior organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with MS Office suite, Salesforce, SAP & CM9
