Our client, a leading biotechnology company specialised in processing, manufacturing and distributing allograft tissue products, is recruiting a Quality Officer to support their quality systems activities and ensure that their manufacturing activities meet GMP standards and TGA requirements.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be part of a close knitted team.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Performing internal audits.
  • Preforming specimens testing and quality control of incoming tissue.
  • Maintaining the performance of equipment and management of relevant documentation.
  • Performing plate counts for inprocess monitoring and produce certificate of analysis.
  • Monitoring of clean room, pod environment and storage equipment.
  • Implementing and following up CAPAs.


This is role is a great opportunity for an experienced QC professional who is looking to building on the QA knowledge in discovering the field of allograft tissue manufacturing.

In order to be considered for this position, you will have the following skills and qualification:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor Degree in Science (Microbiology).
  • Good working knowledge of GMP standards.
  • Strong time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
