Join our established QA TeamAs a Quality Assurance Officerat DHL, you will lead the QA function for the site to ensurewarehouse operations run smoothly and customer objectives are met.

Your duties will include:
QA Support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
Support and conduct on-site audits
Document internal quality assurance activities
Investigate customer enquires
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Monitor risk management activities
Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:2-3 years quality &/or operational experience in pharmaceutical or food industry
Exposure to the temperature controlled environments
Internal or external audit experience
Experience with CAPAs & change controls processes
Understanding of Quality Management principles
High level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Superior verbal and written communication skills
