Why will this new role bring you joy?Join a vibrant and talented finance team that supports the APAC region. As the Incentives & Payroll Specialist for APAC, your main responsibilities will include the preparation and computation of commission and bonus payments, along with managing Payroll Administration tasks.Key responsibilities include:
  • Commission Specialist Duties:
  • - Collaborate with Finance and Sales Leaders to ensure accurate commission figures
  • - Verify the alignment of Annual Commission Calculation spreadsheets with Commission Plans
  • - Create and share Commission Statements
  • - Manage Sales Quota, Attainment, and Leader Board files
  • - Maintain APAC Quotas, Commission Calculation Schedule, and Sales Quota & Attainment files
  • - Keep copies of current APAC Commission and Bonus Plans
  • - Aid in resolving queries from Management, Sales Reps, and internal departments
  • - Prepare APAC Quarterly Bonus calculations and secure Managers' approvals
  • - Distribute Bonus Statements promptly and accurately
  • Payroll Administrative Duties:
  • - Handle employee changes like bank details, tax, and other setup alterations
  • - Manage terminations, transfers, promotions, new hires, and other employee status changes
  • - Review and process payment files from the payroll vendor
  • - Assist in addressing payroll inquiries
  • - Maintain comprehensive records of payroll transactions and benefits deductions
  • - Manage leave records
Your key strengths for success in this role:
  • Extensive experience in intricate commission calculations
  • Comfort with handling extensive and diverse datasets
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail
  • Self-motivated initiator
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Robust background in utilizing a major ERP system
  • Experience with SAP and Payroll is advantageous
