What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?

Join a vibrant finance team supporting the APAC region. As the Incentives & Payroll Specialist, you will focus on preparing and calculating commission and bonus payments, along with handling Payroll Administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Finance and Sales Leaders for accurate commission values
  • Ensure alignment of Annual Commission Calculation spreadsheets with Commission Plans
  • Prepare and distribute Commission Statements
  • Maintain Sales Quota, Attainment, and Leader Board files
  • Administer APAC Quotas, Commission Calculation Schedule, and Sales Quota & Attainment files
  • Assist with queries from Management, Sales Reps, and internal departments
  • Execute APAC Quarterly Bonus calculations
  • Distribute Bonus Statements accurately and timely

Payroll Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle employee changes, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc.
  • Review and administer payment files accurately
  • Support with payroll-related queries
  • Maintain payroll records and benefit deduction reports
  • Manage leave records

Required Skills for Success:

  • Proficient in complex commission calculations
  • Comfortable with large datasets
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with large ERP systems like SAP
  • Prior exposure to payroll processes
