The Purchasing Coordinator role is a pivotal role within a growing and dynamic team, enabling opportunities for professional and personal growth in an organisation focused on being an employer of choice.

What you'll be doing:

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company's / supplier's guidelines meeting all SLA's / KPI's.
  • Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.
  • On Time Delivery management efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Vehicle confirmation process
  • Vehicle Delivery Process
  • Off Lease / vehicle return management
  • Manage the purchasing inbox enquiries within the required time frames.
  • Customer service responsibilities to both the client (employers) and the customers (employees).

Innovation / Continuous improvement activities:

  • Monitor the overall performance of dealers in accordance with FleetPlus Group service level requirements.
  • Responsible and accountable for the functional purchasing process, including the effective communication across the relevant internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Problem Solve vehicle delivery irregularities.
  • Negotiate prices with dealers to ensure cost effective solutions to the Group and its customers.
  • Optimisation of purchasing procedures to maximise efficiency and turnaround of quote requests.

Requirements:

  • Established relationship and external supplier management skills.
  • Experience in Customer service roles
