Job Summary

TLH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join a leading national provider of parts and accessories on a 4-month parental leave replacement contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, placing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels across customer warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating purchase orders based on replenishment needs to ensure optimal inventory levels meet business units and customer demand.
  • Tracking and managing purchase orders and their due dates to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding issues related to orders, such as delivery schedules, product receipts, inventory accuracy, invoicing discrepancies, and general queries.
  • Ensuring the safety of team members by complying with safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions.
Requirements
  • Warehousing experience working with a large multi-site, national company.
  • Ability to learn quickly, with high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in MoPro and/or purchase order management is ideal but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
