Property Services Support Officer

Summary

This role is contractual and will end in September 2024. You'll be the main contact person for both internal and external parties, making sure services are delivered efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will involve managing property service requests, overseeing fleet vehicles and inventory, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property services requests across various channels (phone, email, ticketing systems)
  • Review and action requests, including directing customers, coordinating small furniture moves, and scheduling maintenance
  • Manage administrative tasks for the fleet vehicle program (detailing, fuelling, charging, maintenance)
  • Coordinate property services training for staff
  • Assist with security administration, procurement, and financial processes
  • Provide support for team sustainability initiatives, manage uniform and stationery supplies, and facilitate mail distribution
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 15kg
  • Valid Queensland Driver's Licence (electric vehicle and charging station experience preferred)
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a similar role or transferable skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and retrieval using workflow and information databases
  • Ability to work independently with guidance and supervision
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
