The Position:
The People & Culture team is an integral part to the overall success of ISS Operations at Melbourne Airport and is looking for a highly driven, passionate and experienced
Support Officer on a fixed term contract of six months, with the possibility of extension.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the role will be responsible for high quality recruitment and administrative functions across the People & Culture portfolio, across both terminal and airfield operations.

The Role
- All aspects of the life cycle of recruitment, and associated administrative activities
- Onboarding / Offboarding of staff
- Reporting, data collation and record keeping
- Support to the People & Culture portfolio, and wider ISS team
- Administrative and adhoc duties as assigned by the People & Culture Manager
Minimum Criteria:
- Ability to obtain an ASIC security clearance (Criminal history clearance for the past 10 years)
- Own reliable transport
- Experience in endtoend recruitment within a fastpaced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Proficient skills in PageUp, Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Confident and professional phone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional demeanour
- Ability to learn quickly and implement knowledge into practice
- Driven, motivated, and high performing member of a team, with a focus on team mindset and achieving collective goals
- Security awareness, and general knowledge of the dynamics of an airport environment
