The PX (People Experience) Administrator/Analyst will play an important role collaborating internally within the People Experience team to provide support, coordination, and administration across a wide range of human resources activities.


Reporting to the Head of People & Rewards, the PX Administrator/Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance of important documents, templates, and communication to ensure all information is accurate, up to date, stored, and easily retrieved.

The position will work with sensitive information and will exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding all aspects of employee information. The PX Administrator/Analyst will provide support and work with a variety of people systems, including HCM, Payroll, etc. This will regularly include data entry and analysis of people data, to support PX metrics and reporting.

The role has a broad scope working across the entire employee lifecycle.


Other responsibilities include responding to ad hoc requests, providing support on projects and people initiatives, approving team member ASIC security/access passes, tracking employee milestones (e.g., years of service), creating purchase orders and processing invoices.

Key responsibilities:

The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining files, and templates ensuring all people-related information is accurately processed, filed, stored and easily retrieved.
  • Maintaining employee records in both hard and digital copies and ensuring all employment requirements are met.
  • Assisting the PX team with activities such as performance reviews, talent and remuneration reviews, etc.
  • Preparing and issuing employee letters including variation letters, salary increase, probation completions, resignation, performance letters etc.
  • Supporting and assisting with PX projects as required.
  • Participating and coordinating the annual calendar of events for people and cultural initiatives.
  • Understand administrator functionality of the HCM and support system as required,
  • Suggest improvements to the HCM setup and work with team around ongoing development.
  • Preparation of regular reporting and insights.
  • Perform data entry tasks, collect, analyse and help build reports that support PX metrics.
  • Assist the Head of People & Rewards with remuneration data and other relevant information to support the provision of remuneration, performance and benefits advice.
