About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Tracking Consultant to join our team at the Minto site. This position is offering a 12 month fixed term contract for 3 days per week.

You will expand the project tracking pipeline by cultivating business relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and builders to proactively identify high-quality business leads across all CSR brands. In this role you will:

  • Manage stakeholders to highlight CSR's value and secure projects
  • Drive leads through the sales process by arranging sales appointments
  • Identify project roles and provide insights to sales teams
  • Track projects from planning to builder-awarded stage, maintaining the database
  • Develop knowledge of CSR products to align prospects, complying with WHSE guidelines

What you bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or project tracking in construction/trade
  • Experience in lead generation and outbound cold calls
  • Strong customer service and understanding of the building process
  • Knowledge of competitors' and CSR products
  • Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
