Location: Minto, NSW

Salary Package: $150 - $180K + Super

Role highlights: Business Partner to the Head of Operations, supporting NPD and Cost management within a well known brand.

Role Overview

Superb opportunity to join a premier FMCG organisation in South-West Sydney. They are seeking an Operations Finance Manager to provide Business Partnering support to the GM of Operations across various sites. Heavily focussed on supporting New Product Development, this role will be key in contributing to Cost and Operational analysis as well as being involved in process improvement projects relating to systems and data. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure in a well-known business.  

Responsibilities

  • Key Business partner to GM Operations
  • Supporting NPD process from a cost / operations perspective
  • Assessment of margins
  • Periodic reporting and analysis
  • Key metric reporting including safety, quality and factory variances
  • Preparation of Bi-weekly Exec report
  • Finance lead on the site management accounts analysis and preparation of capex spend, business cases and tracking actual spend
  • Drive the budgeting/forecasting process and completion for the site
  • Contribution to the further development of value-added reporting and analysis to support effective business insights and decisions

Candidate Profile

This role is a brilliant opportunity for a CA/CPA Qualified Accountant who is likely to currently be working within an FMCG or Manufacturing organisation. Previous Business Partnering experience is key to quickly build relationships with Stakeholders at site.
