The Organisation

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a large government organisation located north of the river.

This is a permanent full-time position: not open to part time arrangements.

The Role
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
  • Recruitment
  • Provision of advice to team leaders regarding complex HR matters
  • Coaching leadership teams in talent development, team engagement, leadership and change management
  • Conducting workplace investigations
  • Proposing and implementing business process improvements
  • An HR degree or equivalent
  • Have experience managing the entire employee life cycle
  • Have experience dealing with performance management and conduct issues
  • Be a selfstarter who can hit the ground running
