About the Role

The Human Resource Services Branch plays a critical role in the development of contemporary, forward-focused, and innovative organizational and strategic business practices to ensure the organization has the culture, capability, and drive to meet current and future goals.

As a key member of the Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Coordinator provides an essential customer-focused, efficient, and effective human resources consultancy service to managers and staff, ensuring that the organization meets its business objectives.

The HR Coordinator has a busy day-to-day focus on transactional HR but will undertake a range of different HR and Payroll-related projects as part of the role. Your strengths in working with and supporting managers at all levels will be highly regarded, as will your flexibility and capability to work successfully in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment.

We are a small, busy team with lots to accomplish, but we are very supportive of each other and are focused on being the best at what we do. Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool, which will operate for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill permanent and fixed-term full-time and part-time vacancies that may arise, subject to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an essential customer-focused, efficient, and effective human resources consultancy service to managers and staff.
  • Undertake a range of different HR and Payroll-related projects as part of the role.
  • Work successfully in an ever-changing, fast-moving environment.
  • Support managers at all levels and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
