In this role, you will:

Providing administrative, financial management and procurement support to the Unit to achieve the ongoing delivery of efficient services to clients.

Coordinating minor works contractors and ensuring clients are provided with current and accurate job status information via Facilities Management System.

Supporting our customers by providing timely information related to Facilities issues in an articulate and non-technical manner, adjusting the message so that it resonates with different stakeholders Undertaking project related support services to assist in the successful completion of office accommodation and minor works projects including, but not limited to: office relocations, minor fit-outs, reconfigurations, maintenance and repairs.

Assisting with the coordination of the department's telecommunications services with service providers.
Assisting with conference rooms, including operational issues and stocking of supplies.
Maintaining facilities-related information on Queensland Treasury's intranet.

What experience you will bring:
To be successful in this role you will need some Administration skills and experience.

The following skills would be highly desired: - Project experience

  • Experience writing documents
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
