The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chatbot and Voicebot Generative AI Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art chatbot and voicebot solutions utilizing the latest advancements in generative AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of chatbot and voicebot projects from conception to deployment, leveraging generative AI techniques.
- Design and train large-scale language models (LLMs) for natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) tasks.
- Fine-tune and optimise locally installed LLMs/SLMs for efficient performance in resource-constrained environments.
- Implement best practices for data preprocessing, cleaning, and augmentation to improve the quality and robustness of chatbot and voicebot systems.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, tools, and libraries to enhance the capabilities of chatbot and voicebot applications.
- Leverage your deep experience in NLP and speech recognition to craft intuitive and seamless human-computer interactions.
- Collaborate with the CEO to accurately determine project requirements, design innovative solutions, and embed AI capabilities into accessible applications.
- Maintain the highest standards of robustness, security, and privacy in all AI projects, a critical aspect for sensitive application areas.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends to continually innovate and enhance our AI solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbot and voicebot solutions powered by generative AI technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, particularly in the areas of natural language processing (NLP) and generative models.
• Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs/SLMs) for NLU and NLG tasks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges in AI development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
