**About the role**:

- Inspire, motivate and lead your team to meet sales goals & KPIs
- Monitor and manage team performance with ongoing training

- Inventory management & analysis to maximise profitability

**About you**:

- Previous Store Management experience, mattress knowledge not necessary
- Experience with stock management & external suppliers
- Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets & KPIs
- Ability to engage & drive a team to maximise store profitability
- An eagerness to develop your career & learn new skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster - 3 weekends on, 1 weekend off
