    Are you a product support technician / advisor looking for a new challenge and development in asset management?
  • We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our EPC team working across multiple sites in Regional WA and Perth.
    Responsible for
  • Diagnose, fault find, repair and service all aspects of equipment on customer sites
  • Provide high level technical support and training, to customers
  • Produce defect elimination programs and conduct root cause analysis
  • Work with customer maintenance planning to generate forecasts, task lists and maintenance instructions. Facilitate and complete all product upgrades as required and control the onsite
  • Work with the customer maintenance team on generating, implementing and updating Preventative Maintenance Plans and implement component life extension programs
  • Work with the customer and Epiroc Engineering Team to develop product upgrades to improve availability and reliability of the fleet
  • Develop continuous improvement programs to reduce costs
  • Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ requirements
  • Build long term, sustainable relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Customer facing field experience
  • Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic trade qualifications
  • Experience using and sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical Schematics
  • Experience in diagnostic repairs of mining and construction equipment including hydraulics, and low voltage electrical systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extensive industry experience
  • Willingness to undertake travel to multiple sites across various locations
