Sonia used to support our submissions team and did office admin, but she's just been promoted.

The role is a 50/50 split between working on submissions/tenders using InDesign (templates are in place) and general office admin such as answering calls, assisting visitors, ordering stock, and tending to the kitchen etc.

This is no bog-standard admin role with no future.

It's a long-term career position where you'll get 1-2-1 training, a chance to learn how to use InDesign, and be rewarded with promotions/pay rises for your hard work.


You'll be around a team of 9 in the office (110 in the business) and your boss has been there 17 years (even doing this role herself at one point) so you'll be looked after and shown how to do things the right way.


All the staff love the yearly $300 subsidy to put towards their health and fitness hobbies each year and if you enjoy sport, it's an office of cyclists, runners, swimmers, and footy tipsters so there is always something going on.


You may enjoy the quarterly events like axe throwing, meals out and bowling; the team like to bond outside work as well as in it.


The office team is a diverse bunch and ages range from 17-year-old apprentices to 60+ year directors so the office conversation is never dull.


Initially the salary is in the $60-$75k + super range, there is free parking nearby or they are a stone's throw away from Pymble station if public transport is your thing.

  • You've worked in a busy office environment before for at least 1 year and you want to learn new skills and have a longterm career with a company
  • You are very confident using computers and want to learn how to use InDesign
  • You can multitask and don't mind the pressure of deadlines, experience here is key

  • You can fully commit to office hours of Monday to Friday
