Pymble, Australia Shape Recruitment Full time

An easy commute to work - close to train station, and free parking by office
- Get your gym membership and sports hobbies paid for by your new employer
- Learn new skills and then grab a promotion within a thriving team

**_Why is this role for you?_**

You've always enjoyed using InDesign and tinkering around to make your work look great. Whether it be submissions, tendering or proposal docs you always like to do your best and make each one as good as the last.

You'd love to take the next step in your career and use the skills you know and build on them. Refine them and become more of an expert by using them every day working on marketing materials as well as bid documents.

Working within a busy construction company doesn't phase you, you know that challenge will make you a better designer and the fast pace will improve other skills like your time management and working within a team.

The team around you is great so you'd settle in fast. In the office area where the marketing team work, it's a sociable team of 9 and your boss has been there 17 years (even doing this role herself at one point) so you’ll get plenty of 1-2-1 training and support.

All the staff love the yearly $300 subsidy to put towards their health and fitness hobbies each year and if you enjoy sport, it’s an office of cyclists, runners, swimmers, and footy tipsters so there is always something going on.

You may enjoy the quarterly events like axe throwing, meals out and bowling; the team like to bond outside work as well as in it.

The office conversation is never dull. It's a diverse bunch and ages range from 17-year-old apprentices to 60+ year directors so it covers a wide range of topics

Initially, the salary is in the $70-85k + super range, there is free parking nearby or they are a stone’s throw away from Pymble station if public transport is your thing.

If you want a new challenge where you can learn new skills and take on a more senior role in the future then this is the role for you.

**_This sounds perfect, but what do you expect from me?_**
**_ _**
- You are skilled using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- You can multi-task and don’t mind the pressure of hitting deadlines
- You live within a 30-minute commute of Pymble
- You can commit to office hours of 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday

**_ _**
**_I’m intrigued, what’s the next step?_**
**_ _**

Everyone will receive a response within 48 hours.
