We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Community Services & Housing (CSH) division on a 12-month full-time max-term contract.

Your Team:

Our Community Services & Housing (CS&H) division works together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you will support the delivery of numerous initiatives within the Community Services & Housing Stream. Your change management skills will enable you to identify any potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance. Your project management skills will allow to deliver key outcomes and milestones in the project. Your relationship management skills will allow you to work with various stakeholders to deliver on the projects.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in Project and Change management roles
  • Process Mapping experience would be highly regarded
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work
  • Proven skills in improving business systems and processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project and change management approaches
  • The ability to think strategically in the design and achievement of systems and business objectives
  • Convey a positive attitude with the capacity to take the initiative and be innovative.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, technology skills and experience in business analysis
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Working with Children's Check is a requirement for this role
