Meet the team:

Working within the Medical Device Industry, you will be part of ourDirect to Consumer (DTC)Marketing Team, working on ourdiabetesproduct range including the Tandem Diabetes Caret:slimX2 insulin pump and Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring(CGM)Systems. Working in this space will allow you to be a part of a range of products that have life-changing effects onthe quality of life ofpeople with diabetes.

You'llbe workingin a team specifically looking after themarketing activity for Consumers across TV, Radio, Website, Digital, Emails, Customer Journey's, Sponsorships, PR and more This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced marketing leadership team.

This role is based inSydney,Macquarie ParkOffice, Australia.This is a hybrid role where you can workremote3 daysper week with2 days in our office (one fixed day, one flexible day of your choice).

Where you come in:

  • Work on the development and execution of marketing activities to meet projectobjectiveswithin the DTC marketing plan
  • Develop,editand produce artwork for promotional and communication material to resonate with marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with advertising companies to book in media and advertising opportunities
  • Initiate and build marketing campaigns for DTC target audiences including but not limited to social media, email marketing, advertisements, marketing materials,and websites
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyse target audience behaviour data toassistin new strategies to implement across divisionsand understand your target audience for the projectsyou'reworking on
  • Assistin all aspects of online campaigns and tracking(in-house and/or external). Training will be provided asrequiredand will include socialmedia, assessinganalytics and help track sales, leads or opportunities, website content/updates,SEO and PPC, content writing
  • Create copy across social media posts, website updates or any other event-related posts/updates as required by DTC marketing lead
  • Ensure that all marketing collateral is compliant and that every detail about the product is correct and meets the requirements of the company and regulatory bodies in the industry
  • Assist the DTC marketing lead in managing 3rd party stakeholder relationships including agencies, sponsorships, etc.

What makes you successful:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, biomedicalscienceor related field
  • An interest in medical devices, healthcare or willingness to learn about the medical devices industry
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
  • Effective communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and project management skills. Strong interpersonal andorganisationalskills
  • Self-motivated with creative thinking
  • Proactive
  • Enjoy working in teams andpossessesan engaging personality
  • Excellent ability to handlenew technology/software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, inbound marketing, website editing, video/photo editing

And preferably also the following

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop etc.)
  • CRM or Marketing software experiencee.g.HubSpot or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in creating designs and artwork
