Job Description

The Company

Since inception 20 years ago our client has built a fantastic reputation for their ability to deliver across the commercial and industrial sectors on projects from $1m to $10m. They have great reputation for building strong relationships with clients and off the back of their success they are being asked to price and deliver challenging and iconic projects.

The Position

  • Based in brand new facilities on the outskirts of Sydney CBD.
  • Commissioning and preparation of bill of quantities.
  • Review tender and contract documentation.
  • Preparation of tender packages.
  • Request and review subcontractor & supplier quotations.
  • Issue client Requests for Information.
  • Prepare Tender submissions inclusive of tender schedules, construction methodologies, construction programs, staging plans, etc

About you:

  • Trade qualifications in Cabinet Making OR previous experience in fit-out/joinery estimating.
  • 2 years + in a similar role
  • Be well presented and carry excellent communication skills
