Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team at Marble Recruitment. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts and projects, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage contracts from builders and assist with amendments as required
- Communicate with internal and external parties, including estimators, builders, management, and subcontractors
- Assist with safety procedures and SWMS
- Perform various aspects of auditing
- Onboard and induct new employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in contracts administration within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in software such as Procore, Simpel, and Aconex
